The first Dunsmuir Firewise and Fire Safe Council meeting of 2025 is jam-packed with important information for the upcoming year.
One key topic of discussion will be an overview of and sign-up information for the Siskiyou Fire Safe Council Project, which is happening on River Ave, Butterfly Ave, South 1st St, and all other streets between the I-5 bridge and the Shasta County line on the east side of the river. If you live in that area, you don’t want to miss this meeting so that you can sign up for free tree work and brush clearing.
Work will begin this year. You must sign up, or you will be skipped.
