There are multiple reports of trees and powerlines down across the community. Public Works is currently working to plow city streets and remove downed trees. You can report downed trees by calling City Hall at 530-235-4822.
The downed trees and power lines are causing delays in plowing some streets. Many major streets are not accessible at this time. Please be patient and remain off the roads.

Wednesday trash service will be picked up on Thursday. The Thursday trash service is planned as usual. (a previous version of this article incorrectly said Thursday would be picked up Friday)
