City of Dunsmuir will be conducting a Planning Commission meeting in hybrid format

To discuss: Northern Fire LLC Use Permit Amendment to a previously approved conditional use permit to allow retail cannabis sales in lieu of commercial cannabis cultivation at 5901 Sacramento Avenue in Dunsmuir, CA (APN 058-151-570). The project maintains the previously approved non-volatile commercial cannabis manufacturing and distribution approved for the site in May 2020, though the non-volatile manufacturing would be expanded to include additional products.
