The project is a proposed city-initiated amendment to Title 17, Zoning, of the City of DunsmuirMunicipal Code to add Chapter 17.40, Short-Term Rentals, and establish regulations for short-term rentals that include a registration requirement, application process, inspectionrequirements, operational standards, prohibitions, and penalties for noncompliance
